Entries in volumes 1-8 include the petitioner's name, names of witnesses, renunciation of foreign allegiance, date of declaration of intent, and date of and admission to citizenship. The date of arrival and age at time of arrival are entered if the individual was a minor at the time of arrival. Later volumes include additional information.
